Calling new Scouts!

Tiger/New Scout Recruiting Meeting
Monday, 9/24 6:30 p.m. Carondolet Upper Campus/ Christ the King (CTK) Cafeteria

Tiger Scout families and others (through 5th grade) new to Pack 73 are invited to attend this informational meeting. Spread the work to those who may be interested in joining our fun and lively Pack for a great Scouting experience! Stay for the Pack meeting at 7pm.


September Pack Meeting

2007-2008 Kick-Off
Monday, September 24 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. CTK gym

School has started and it’s time to fire up a new year of Scouting! Volunteers will be on hand to collect registration forms (available on site) and dues before the meeting. Dues are $45 per Scout, which includes their handbook and Pinewood Derby kit. Our program is Spin, Pop, Boom presented by “Mad Science.” To see more about the event go to

Scout Uniforms

Just a reminder that Scouts should wear their uniforms to Pack and individual Den meetings; they can also be worn to school the day of the meetings. Uniforms can be purchased at the Viking Council Boy Scout Store in Golden Valley. (Take Hwy 100 to Glenwood Ave., turn west on Glenwood. Open Mon.-Fri. from 8:30-5:30, Thurs. 8:30-8:00 p.m. and Sat. 9:30-4:00.) For information on the placement of patches: http://www.scouting.org/forms/34282.pdf


We need a few parent volunteer heros!

We need a couple of 2nd grade parents to help guide the 2nd grade Wolves this year. Free uniform and guidance guaranteed! We also are looking for a few parents who might be interested in participating in our famous Pack committee meetings (once monthly) at Famous Dave’s and/or to lead just one Pack activity this year.
